Making A Purchase. Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, email or over the Internet.
Web site/ on line shop prices are fixed. Starter order values and delivery prices may vary from on line shop prices when ordering directly from Fleurtations of Shrewsbury via the phone or in person.
Please do not hesitate to give us a call or pop in and see us to discuss specific requirements as we can offer a wide variety of flower designs and colours to suit your personal needs.
Shipping And Handling All prices include delivery anywhere in the UK. Delivery Schedule Orders placed for delivery within a ten mile radius will be undertaken by Fleurtations of Shrewsbury. Orders placed outside of this ten mile radius may be delivered via the Teleflorist service.
If the delivery address is somewhere that is not covered by Fleurtations of Shrewsbury or the Teleflorist system, then unforunatly we can not guarantee delivery.
Please note that we do not deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays. Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Tax Charges All prices are VAT inclusive at 15%.

Returns Policy The floral tributes displayed are subject to availability. If on receipt of your floral tribute it does not appear identical to the chosen design it will be due to availability. Fleurtations will make every effort to make the design as similar as possible.
You have the right to cancel your order up to one day before the delivery date.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your flowers then please contact us directly and we will be happy to discuss your concerns.
We really want you to be delighted with the quality of our goods, but if anything does not meet with your satisfaction, please return the items within 14 days for an exchange or full refund of the purchase prices. Returned items must be unused/unopened and in their original packaging. In relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, where your statutory rights are unaffected, this returns policy does not apply to personalised goods; i.e. goods made to customer’s specifications. Also this does not apply to goods which, by reason of their nature cannot be returned; i.e. Flowers and perishable goods.
